Netherlands triumphs at Eurovision. Only 90 points in Albania

The Netherlands won the 64th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Duncan Laurence, who brought the "arcade" song, was seen as one of the favorites to win in Tel Aviv.

Second place was Italy followed by Russia in the third. In this finale Albania was represented by Jonida Maliqi with the song "return the land" which was ranked 18th place with 90 points in total.

Her appeal with a call for her return home was rated as a song that gave her strong experiences. The winner of the European festival winner returns 44 years later in Holland from an evening that culminated in the performance of Madonna's world music giant. The singer's controversy did not disappear because of the appearance of the Palestinian and Israeli flags by two of the accompanying ballerins, which the organizers said was neither approved nor exhibited during the tests.
