The 350-foot-60-meter-long, 46-wide, and 21-foot-tall, 350-meter-high hillside hilltop in India's Chadayamangalam, Raxhiv Ançal, the sculptor who realized it, had presented the idea to the Ministry of Tourism since he was a student in the 1980s, leaving impressions very good.
